Ricci Guarnaccio doesn’t want to move back to the UK.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star – who was born and raised in Durham, England – relocated to Australia last November after touring Down Under for a year-and-a-half, and has now fallen in love with the sunshine country so much that he hopes he doesn’t ever have to return to his native.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I don’t miss the UK. I’m not going to lie to you, I’ll never forget it for as long as I live but I just love it so much here now."
The 29-year-old reality TV hunk was asked to hop on a plane back to the UK earlier this year in order to feature in the ‘Geordie Shore’ fifth anniversary special.
And he has admitted, despite only being on his home turf for a few weeks, his brief trip made him realise how much he loves Australia and how he can see himself staying there.
He said: "I remember when I got the call to come back for the special, I packed my bags and I got on that flight. I got off at Manchester and it was f***ing freezing. It was bleak like. I was like, ‘Get me back to Australia’ now. I can cruise around in my shorts and my thongs in the heat. I’m loving life at the moment. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to the UK, no. You can never say never because there might be a birthday or a special event. My home is here now, I think."
