Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani agree settlement

Gavin Rossdale has agreed not to take half of Gwen Stefani’s fortune.
The former couple – who split last summer after 13 years of marriage – did not have a prenuptial agreement and under Californian law, the Bush rocker could have taken half of everything acquired during the marriage.
However, the pair have filed a settlement with the court which will see Gwen, 46, take more than half of their joint property.
The No Doubt singer and the 50-year-old musician have agreed to share 50/50 joint custody of their sons Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven and Apollo, two, but Gavin is likely to have care of them more because of Gwen’s touring schedule.
Gavin is not asking for child support, nor did he press to get a big chunk of his estranged wife’s money made from concert and record sales, TMZ reports.
A judge now needs to sign off on the settlement, which is described as a formality.
Gwen is now dating Blake Shelton and recently admitted she is "grateful" for the end of her marriage.
She said: "It’s super hard to have your family break up.
"I have gone through a lot, but I feel like you have to be grateful for that. Because if I didn’t do that, then I wouldn’t have this. And so you have to be grateful for all of it."
