Stephanie Davis allegedly bombarded Jeremy McConnell’s teenage fling with almost 70 messages.
Caroline Pope, 19, has admitted she was left fearing for her life after the former ‘Hollyoaks’ actress contacted her via Instagram earlier this month in a bid to discover the truth surrounding rumours the Irish hunk had romped with the student behind her back in Newcastle in February.
The youngster explained: "When I first got them I thought I’d be the better person and just tell her the truth, but when she started harassing us I felt intimidated and shocked. I didn’t really know what to do. I felt quite threatened. I was very emotional. I didn’t really know what to say to her to calm her down or whether to reply or not. I was really shocked."
Stephanie allegedly pushed Caroline – who met Jeremy during an appearance at a nightclub – into phoning her to discuss the cheating allegations but, when she said she couldn’t call her due to being at work, the brunette beauty threatened to tell the press everything and ruin her life.
Caroline added: "I thought she was going to post something about me on Twitter and it would have started all the cyber bullying again. I really didn’t want that happening, because it was quite bad when it first came out. All of her fans on Twitter were telling me to kill myself and that I was a sl*g."
Despite the backlash she’s received since the news broke, Caroline has admitted she thinks Jeremy is a "gentleman."
Speaking about their night of passion, she told The Sun newspaper: "We didn’t get any sleep. He dropped me off at my flat on the way to the train station, that was nice."
Meanwhile, it seems Stephanie and Jeremy are trying to put the unfaithfulness behind them and give their relationship another go after the model flew to Majorca, Spain to apologise and beg for her forgiveness.
