Jessica Wright has quit ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
The 30-year-old reality TV star won’t be appearing in the forthcoming series when it returns to screens later this month after deciding to turn her back on the show – the programme that made her famous – following five successful years.
Speaking in a short video uploaded to her social networking sites this morning (16.02.16), the brunette beauty explained: "After five amazing years on ‘The Only Way Is Essex’, it is time for me to step away. I’ve had THE best time and I wanna say thank you all so much for all your support."
And, although she’s turning away from the hit series after half a decade on screen, Jessica has teased it won’t be the last fans see of her as she’s got some other things in the pipeline.
She said: "You will be seeing me soon and I’m also gonna be keeping up with all the goss in Essex. Love you all lots!"
The busty babe’s revelation comes just days after her former cast mates Pete Wicks, Danielle Armstrong, Tommy Mallet, Kate Wright, Bobby Norris and Georgia Kousoulou were spotted jetting off to Gran Canaria to shoot the new series.
Meanwhile, Jessica joined the reality TV show when it first hit screens in 2010 alongside her brother Mark, who quit in 2011, and, over the years, she’s had her fair share of romance, heartbreak, arguments and diva tantrums.
