Scotty T crowned CBB winner

Scotty T has won ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.

The ‘Geordie Shore’ star received the most public votes, beating runner up Stephanie Davis during Friday’s (05.02.16) final.

Former ‘Hollyoaks’ star Stephanie exited the house first and was greeted with a chorus of overwhelming boos.

Earlier John Partridge was the first contestant of the night to be voted out, finishing in sixth place.

Following his elimination, John insisted he had not been playing games during his time in the house, saying: "I took a step back because I couldn’t understand and I suddenly thought what is it that they’re seeing that I’m not."

He was swiftly followed by fifth placed Danniella Westbrook and Tiffany Pollard, who was one of the contestants tipped to win, in fourth place.

She said: "I made it to the final and that’s good enough for me. Fourth place feels like a win for me. At first it felt like I was a fish out of water, I didn’t feel like I had a place in the house."

Darren Day finished third and said he was over the moon to make it into the final as he thought he would be evicted in the first week.

And while he revealed he wanted Scotty T to win, he was full of praise for controversial contestant Stephanie for "turning things around" and making it to the final.
